Very Berry Mousse
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups of frozen strawberries
- 2 ½ cups of frozen blueberries
- 2 ½ cups of frozen raspberries
- 4 to 6 pitted dates (soaked)
- 1 cup of water
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a blender
- Cover and process until smooth
- Pour blended mix in champagne glass
- Refrigerate for up to 1 hour
- Top with dates and peppermint leaf
Makes 6 (2 ounce) servings
