Very Berry Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups of frozen strawberries
  • 2 ½ cups of frozen blueberries
  • 2 ½ cups of frozen raspberries
  • 4 to 6 pitted dates (soaked)
  • 1 cup of water

Preparation

  • Place all ingredients in a blender
  • Cover and process until smooth
  • Pour blended mix in champagne glass
  • Refrigerate for up to 1 hour
  • Top with dates and peppermint leaf

Makes 6 (2 ounce) servings
