Very Cherry Berry Garden Smoothies
Ingredients
- 2 cups of pitted cherries
- 2 cups of frozen blackberries
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1 cup of frozen raspberries
- 2 pitted dates (soaked) or 2 tablespoons of dried raisins (soaked)
- 2 cups of water
- 5 small kale leaves (3 kale leaves if large)
- 3 peppermint leaves
Preparation
- soak pitted dates or dried raisins in 2 cups of water
- wash kale and peppermint leaves
- place all ingredients in a blender
- cover and process until smooth
Makes 6(8 ounce servings)
