Very Cherry Berry Garden Smoothies

 Ingredients

  • 2 cups of pitted cherries
  • 2 cups of frozen blackberries
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup of frozen raspberries
  • 2 pitted dates (soaked) or 2 tablespoons of dried raisins (soaked)
  • 2 cups of water
  • 5 small kale leaves (3 kale leaves if large)
  • 3 peppermint leaves

Preparation

  • soak pitted dates or dried raisins in 2 cups of water
  • wash kale and peppermint leaves
  • place all ingredients in a blender
  • cover and process until smooth

Makes 6(8 ounce servings)
