Ingredients
- 1 whole pineapple
- 1 bunch of spinach
- 1 ½ cup of water
Preparation
- wash spinach thoroughly
- peel pineapple and cut into chunks
- place all ingredients in a blender
- cover and process until smooth
Makes 6 (8 ounce servings)
