Berry Cherry Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup of chilled blueberries
  • 1 ½ cup of chilled raspberries
  • 1 ½ cup of water
  • 6 pitted dates, 3 steevia leaves or agaves for sweetness

Preparation

  • soak pitted dates for 15 minutes in 1 ½ cup of water
  • Place all ingredients in a blender
  • Cover and process until smooth

Makes 6 (8 ounce) servings
