Berry Cherry Smoothies
Ingredients
- 2 cups of fresh strawberries
- 1 cup of chilled blueberries
- 1 ½ cup of chilled raspberries
- 1 ½ cup of water
- 6 pitted dates, 3 steevia leaves or agaves for sweetness
Preparation
- soak pitted dates for 15 minutes in 1 ½ cup of water
- Place all ingredients in a blender
- Cover and process until smooth
Makes 6 (8 ounce) servings
